Morning Journey

Morning Journey

Gently whisper into my ear
The things you know I long to hear
Those vivid echoes
Through history
That shrouds our love in mystery

I kiss your cheek
Each morning
As the wind carries sweet scents
Towards us

I’ll never leave
You darling
These words my armour
I do adore you

So let’s head out to the harbour
And sail far into tomorrow
Leave our worries on the kitchen table
Lay your head to rest upon this maple

Let me hold the wheel and stare
As the water drips down from your hair
Gently whisper in your ear
All those words you long to hear

Follow Me

Follow Me

The faithful leaves
That wave their hands
To the rhythm of the breeze
Pay homage to the sounds
Of the gentle sapphire seas

The night of New Years Eve
Two hearts were torn in pieces
But the leaves they watched so silently
As the two walked oh so separately

He shakes his head in disbelief
The wind it changes the bitter seas
The rage inside his heart conceives
A way to remove her completely

And the faithful leaves
That cry so hard
To the rhythm of his heart
Pay homage to the sounds
Of a love that’s torn apart

Follow me
Follow me
Listen close
To the sound of the blue sea
Follow me
Follow me
Listen close
To the rhythm of the breeze
Follow me
Follow me

Follow me

I Seek

I Seek

I lay in the grass
And watch the Sun shine its light upon me
I stay for a while
For my hearts cold I'm waiting for the beat

I seek
I will seek just for You
I seek
I will seek just for You

Open my hands
And pray to the Lord, with true humbleness
Here in the path of God I'm walking
To seek real truthfulness

I seek
I will seek just for You
I seek
I will seek just for You

Home coming

Home coming

I sweep two years of dust
From the table I once used
My heart's begun to rust
Inside this chest that I've abused

I threw away the key
Before I left the box untouched
I became a new me
But I didn't gain much

The little things in life
Like the warm embrace of friends
We’re trivial in spite
Of all that’s now become the end

I'm moving on

I'm moving on

I'm moving on

I'm moving on

It won’t be long

It won’t be long

I'm moving on

I'm moving on
